IT Report Update Team Meeting Notes
June 15, 2005
The team had its second meeting on June 15 in the CALS conference room.
Phase I Commencing
The team met and agreed on a set a questions to ask based on the recommendations in the 1997 report. The questions were then assigned to members of the team. The questions will be posted for review by the Task Force for the remainder of the week. The team members will commence on asking questions starting next Monday, June 20th until July 8th. The answers will be compiled into a final report that will be submitted to the Task Force for review.
